Provided: Bikes, floats, beach toys, surfboard, beach chairs, umbrellas, 2 hammocks, 2 porch swings, snow cone maker, Apple Tv, Amazon firestick, Roku Tv 2 Dogs Allowed with non-refundable dog fee. No Smoking. Beginning March 2024 DeBordieu Community Rules and Regulations will allow no more than 4 cars permitted access to the property and there will be a fee of $20 charged per car. Guest passes must be paid and completed prior to arrival. Please note that this home does have outdoor cameras to monitor home during vacancy only.
