Erin is a native South Carolinian from Greenville, S.C., where she began her Real Estate career in 2008 with Keller Williams Realty. There she served on the Agent Leadership Council and proved herself to be a top producer for many years. After vacationing to the coast her entire life, she and her husband Matt had planned to retire to the Lowcountry. After a work transfer for her husband, they were lucky enough to locate their retirement community early. Erin has 2 children as well as 2 “bonus” children, Heather, Megan, Chris, and Erin, and most importantly, her perfect grandson, Callen.
As you could imagine, Erin and her husband enjoy golf, beach days, their dogs, and spending time on the ocean in their boat. A lifelong resident of Georgetown County, Johnny returned home after receiving a BA degree from Wofford College to assume responsibility for the family hardware business established in 1922 by his grandfather. After twenty-five years Johnny retired and began a second career in Real Estate with Pawleys Island Realty. Graduating from the Real Estate Institute and establishing himself as a multi-million dollar sales agent over the years, Johnny is committed to providing the professional service that his clients not only expect but deserve. Born and raised in Garden City, New York, Rebecca has recently joined the Pawleys Island Realty Team. Before moving to the Grand Strand area full time, she and her family vacationed here for decades, where she fell in love with the area. A local graduate of Coastal Carolina, Becca was an education major and her love of helping others and strong communication skills naturally translated to the real estate field.
