This is an interior unit on the 2nd floor. The Pinnacle has (2) elevators. In 2024 the weeks for the share for sale begin on: 1/13/24 then 4/13/24 then 7/13/24 then 10/12/24. The weeks run Saturday to Saturday. Check out time is 10 AM and check in time in 4PM. The unit is cleaned upon departure and ready for the next guest. The departing guest/owner must: strip the beds and place all dirty linen , towels, wash cloths, etc in the kitchen floor.
