The higher floors (above the 7th floor) have more panoramic views than the lower floors in this building, so # 1032 is ideally located on the 10th floor. With so many amenities onsite at this 4-acre luxury oceanfront resort, the rental incomes are some of the highest anywhere along our beachfront.
