Lee House is an original Pawleys design with gorgeous ship lap pine walls and ceilings. Full internet with WiFi throughout the house. There is an expansive crows nest with great island views on the roof top. Washer and dryer on back screen porch. This unit has three bedrooms: King with a full bath, Queen with a half bath, Queen and bunk set with a full bath. Comfortable ocean colors in denim, aquas and greens welcome you throughout. Large open kitchen with new appliances and plenty of counter space. Walnut bar and seating area in the kitchen is great for conversations and gatherings. Large great room and dining combination with expansive L-shaped khaki sofa has seating for everyone. Airy "Pawleys Style" screen porch on the southside of the home has a long dining area to seat 10-12. Comfy wicker seating area is perfect for that morning coffee or late night candle lite gathering. Enjoy our Adirondack swing, two Adirondack chairs and two Southern style rockers on our front porch. The home allows one 40 pound dog with a non-refundable Dog Fee, no cats please. No smoking in any part of the house. Owner may occupy lower unit at time of stay.
About a 2.30 minute walk to the beach access.

Q: Are any beach chairs provided, or will we need to bring our own?- C S. Posted: 03/27/2021A: Beach chairs are not provided. We have several rental companies in the area or you can bring your own. There are also many places that sell chairs locally.
Q: WE stayed t the Lee House up a couple of years ago. This year decided to stay again as we loved it so much. I could not however remember if indeed there is currently a grill on this property.
