With private beach access, this retreat offers 7-bedrooms and 7 baths, making it ideal for extended families. Enjoy panoramic views of both the ocean and the marsh from two porches, one is a screened in porch on the marsh side for sunsets, and the other is an oceanfront open porch perfect for morning coffee as you watch Pawleys spectacular sunrise. The home is set back from the main road, providing privacy and plenty of parking for cars and even a boat.

Inside, you will find two sitting areas, a large family dining space, and a fully equipped kitchen to prepare your favorite meals. There's also a second refrigerator and microwave on the ground floor. An outdoor foot wash and shower adds convenience after a day at the beach. The layout is perfect for families bringing grandparents or parents seeking some privacy, as it includes a private entrance and sleeping space on the ground level.

There are 7 Bedrooms. Ground Level has 2 Twins. The Main Floor has a King and a King. The Second Floor has a King, King, Queen and Queen. There are 7 full bathrooms.

You'll find 2 kayaks and paddleboards, along with PFDs, for your use. There are also boogie boards, beach chair, inflatables and beach toys for children. An EV charger is available for use during off-peak hours of 11PM to 5AM.

The owners of this property take pride is trying to be good stewards of the environment. Turtle season is in full swing during the summer, so they ask nothing be left on the sand overnight, and the exterior lights be turned off and the ocean side shades drawn by 10pm.

No pets allowed. For security purposes, please note that this property has exterior security cameras only. Occupancy is 14.

For safety reasons, the Crow's Nest is closed and Sauna are locked. Enjoy your stay.
