My wife and I live in California, and we chose the Murrells Inlet/Pawleys Island area to relocate and settle in for the next season of our lives. We visited last May to get a feel for the areas and then made another trip in November to really see actual properties and choose an agent. We “shopped” for real estate companies online and felt by other reviews that Pawleys Island Realty would be the company we would choose. Now, came picking an agent. Great Experience! Scott helped me make our transition from GA to SC as smooth as it could possibly be. He was extremely patient with us as we worked through our “want” list and guided us toward houses that matched as closely as possible to what we were looking for. He was always available when we had questions and when we were able to make quick trips down to the area, often with very little notice. Once we were under contract, Scott assisted us greatly with choosing our lender, closing attorney, home inspector, painter, and insurance agency.
