There are screened and unscreened porches on three sides to allow you to enjoy ocean breezes, sunrises, marsh sunsets, and all the best conveniences an oceanfront home has to offer.

The home has an attractive and comfortable decor, including heart pine floors and cypress interior walls. There are five bedrooms, each with an ensuite full bathroom, plus an elevator to all floors provided for your convenience.

The kitchen is fully equipped with granite counters, and the spacious and accommodating living area has a wet bar complete with an ice maker and drink refrigerator, making entertaining a breeze.

On the ground floor, you will find a hot and cold enclosed shower, a guest storage room, and ample parking for you and your guests.
