Welcome to Tinsley.

This creekfront home on the north end of Pawleys is just minutes from the beach. Pull up to this older Pawleys style home and walk into the screened in porch with a couch and rocking chairs. The open floor plan allows for family and friends to be together. All 5 bedrooms are light and airy. The kitchen is fully equipped for all summer meals. Walk out of the kitchen straight onto the creekfront screened porch to relax and enjoy the beautiful views. There is also an open creekfront deck for getting sun and enjoying nature. Tinsley provides great views of the surrounding creek. There is also plenty of parking for cars, boats, and trailers. Off Season Nightly Reservations available subject to a minimum night stay.

There are 5 Bedrooms. There is a King, Queen, Queen, Queen 2 Twins, and Double Pull-out Sofa. There are 3 full bathrooms.

Adding Creek Dock in November of 2026.

Very Homey!

This home has gorgeous views of the tidal marsh, great front and back screened in porches and comfortable bedrooms. It is just a short walk to the beach, too. However, there are some things that need attention: several bathroom doors really stick. One only opens halfway due to a bump in the floor and another sticks at the top. I got trapped in the bathroom and my husband had to manhandle the door to get me out! Secondly, there is only one soup/ cereal bowl to the white set of dishes and we had to go out and buy 6 bowls to use, which we are taking home. The kitchen is supposedly fully stocked with pots and pans, but there are no baking sheets or racks, only two small pots and two huge pots and 1 medium and one small skillet. We had to ask one of our guests to bring baking sheets and we brought some of our own pots and pans. I hope these issues can be addressed because we already have reserved the Tinsley for next year. Obviously, we enjoyed our stay despite the above issues.

What a gem!!

We loved Tinsley - gorgeous sunsets and an easy walk to the beach! House was well equipped with lots of amenities. Only complaint is that the n folks staying in Full Circle were loud and rude and drunk. Would stay here again for sure and make those folks aren’t next door!
