A shared washer and dryer is located on the ground level.

There are 2 Full bathrooms.

Just right!

I'm a longtime Pawleys fan and have stayed on the island in the summer since 1963. I visit in different capacities - with a large family, work friends, or a few family members. We have stayed many years in a Southend home and these past 5 years we have tried a variety of homes. The Thompson Down was all we needed for this visit. Beachfront - Creekdock - Southend. Plenty of parking for a duplex. We loved meeting the people who were above us too. It was a perfect lazy vacation - just what we needed. When we reached out for support to the office, they responded promptly. We are planning on another year at the Thompson Down.

60 years never disappoints!

We love coming and enjoying all things Pawleys. The check in process was easy and we enjoyed the peace and quiet. Sitting on the porch watching the sunrise and enjoying our time together.

Loved the Thompson!

We have been coming to Pawleys every year since I was one year old (born 1954), and have loved and stayed on the south end all those years. This year we moved to the Thompson (Down) and we love it! It has what we love, beach front, front porch, front deck, creek dock, creek deck by the dock, and it is a close walk to the point. We met the owner and I don't think we have ever met a nicer person at pawleys. We are definitely staying here from now on.
