We had a great stay in Pawleys at this custom, classy new home. The spaces and finishes are excellent. There are two living room areas on the main floor separated by a large dining area. The kitchen and laundry spaces are convenient and well equipped for large groups. All bedrooms have bathrooms with some being en-suite. The mattresses and pillows were comfortable. We really enjoyed the screened-in front and back porches because the biting bugs do not play. The dock was also great for watching the sunsets, tides go in and out, wildlife and jumping fish. Ensure you bring bug spray for dock time. We also recommend bringing your own sheets, if possible. The laundry service was $400 (sheets & towels) and those sheets were like sandpaper! Note: we couldn’t find a hair dryer, so bring your own. Lastly, the best part of the trip was easy access to the north end of Pawleys Island and ocean; gorgeous powder sand, spacious beach, tide pools and where the ocean meets the creek. Additionally, this location cannot be beat for convenience to local shops, grocery stores and tasty restaurants.
