This is a great place with plenty of room for family game night, movie or just gazing at the beautiful creek view. The kitchen offers all the modern appliances, fully stocked and perfect for those large family meals. You will find two bedrooms on this floor, both fitted with a king bedding and their en suite bathroom. You will find a small powder room and laundry room to wash all your beach towels. Take the elevator to the second floor and walk into a large family den, a great area for the kids, in-laws, or grandparents if they want their own private time or to simply watch their favorite TV show or read a book. This floor comes with three more bedrooms, one will offer king bedding while the second one with queen bedding, each with its on-suite bathroom, and the third is facing creek side with two twin beds.
