This property is listed for 10- technically correct. However, with the miniature kitchen that allows a single person at a time to be in there( dont open the dishwasher or fridge at the same time either) and no common space, 10 people could be there but not ever be together in one space. There was very limited space for groceries(no cabinets), very limited cooking gear, bathrooms that were incredibly small and bedrooms that while adequate left little room to walk around. The A/C is seriously undersized noted by the additional window units in 3 bedrooms (the 4th could use one as well as we were unable to sleep in there) while the downstairs ' suite' was not really air conditioned well at all without the twin side on freezing and the fans blowing to the other room. Now, let me address the lack of cleaning. The home was not super clean when we arrived , there was blood on the mattress pad(which PI realty did replace after2 days) and there were NO cleaning supplies at all. Both bathrooms had mold/mildew in the showers(ew). Now, I dont need fancy but a BROOM(not a corn broom that looked like it was from the 1990's at best) and a dustpan would be nice. For all the emphasis on keeping up with the sand, having more than an ancient vacuum (weighed about 40 lbs and sounds like a truck engine) would be helpful as well. Overall, we were seriously disappointed and will not recommend. Location was good!
