The open floor plan allows the entire family to be together, whether cooking or playing a game in the living room. There is also an enclosed hot and cold outdoor shower. You will have a view of the ocean from the screened porch and the oceanside bedroom.

Great House!
My husband and I spent two weeks in August this year at Pawleys Island, SC. We stayed at Southwind and enjoyed the peacefulness of the location, large screened porch with sounds and view of the ocean, private boardwalk to the beach and the comfort and charm of the house itself. Having a washer and dryer, enclosed outdoor shower and the convenience of grocery stores, produce stands and restaurants was a bonus. We took long walks on the beach and around the neighborhood. Southwind also has plenty of room for us to invite family. We hope to make this an annual tradition! Thank you, Pawleys Island Realty!
