The home features a reverse floor plan, placing 3 bedrooms on the bottom floor and the kitchen and living areas upstairs, with the master bedroom on the first floor. Light and airy, the ambiance of Sleep and Eat provides serenity and relaxation each day of your vacation. Enjoy the sounds of crashing waves or the delight of children playing on the beach from the oceanfront decks and porches. There are also porches on the marsh side to take in beautiful sunsets.

The kitchen has a gas range and is fully equipped to please even the most dedicated chef. Entertain with a Low Country Boil or utilize the charcoal grill for delicious evening meals. A hammock under the house offers a perfect spot for solitude and relaxation, while a large bed-swing and plentiful rockers are provided on the upstairs porches. A wet bar on the main floor keeps refreshments close at hand.

There are 4 Bedrooms. The main floor has a King. The ground level has a Queen, King and Twin and King and Bunk. There are 4 full and 1 half bathrooms.

Other amenities include a laundry room off the kitchen with an outside entrance, an enclosed outside hot and cold shower to rinse off after a fun beach day and ample parking for 4 cars. Sleep and Eat is located in a very private part of Pawleys Island without public beach accesses.
