Welcome to Shorebirds. This oceanfront 5-bedroom house is a catch. Located on the south end of Pawleys Island, Shorebirds is a place to make memories with your family year after year. The ground level has two entry points, with two queen beds, window units and a handicap friendly bathroom. The main level of the house, upstairs, has four additional bedrooms. The master is a king bedroom with a private bath and a TV. There is also a queen bedroom with a private bathroom. Another queen bedroom shares a hall bath with the fourth bedroom, which has two double beds. Enjoy two screened porches, one oceanfront and one roadside. The beachfront screened porch has a hammock, making it ideal for watching dolphins jump in the ocean. Two enclosed outdoor showers under the house provide ample space to wash off the sand after a fun day on the beach.
There are 5 Bedrooms. The main floor has a King, Queen, Queen, 2 Doubles. The Ground level has 2 Queens and a handicap bathroom.
No pets. Handicap accessible bedroom on the ground level with a slanted ramp to the main floor. There is also a ramp to the beach for all to utilize!

Nice older home, right on the beach. Needs some updating on the house itself. Love the screened in porches and access to the beach! No boardwalk, just down the stairs from the deck and over the dune to the beach!
