It offers you 6 bedrooms with 2 Master Suites and 4 bathrooms. Built with beautiful wood walls and floors throughout with a coffer cypress ceiling in the main living area. Here you can sit back and relax in front of a beautiful River Rock Fireplace with a mounted electric fireplace giving it a contemporary flare. Start your day with a cup of coffee on the oceanfront screen porch or make your way to the beach on your own private walkway to see the sunrise. Wanting to take a snooze in the afternoon, you will find a hammock on ground level for peace and quit. This home exudes with Pawleys charm and total relaxation, blending seamlessly for an unforgettable getaway giving you all you need to enjoy a great vacation.

Our week at “The Seaspray”
The family brought a breakfast casserole to cook and a dinner casserole to cook. We did not have the use of the oven for either meal, Fortunately for us, we had two other rental properties. The casseroles for both meals had to be transported to Plum Crazy to be cooked and then transported back. The guest book tells us other renters have had the unfortunate experience of a non-working oven. So did the repairman when asked. We’ve also experienced the dishwasher not working when we thought it had cleaned the dishes. We heartily recommend the replacement of the “CLASSIC” appliances. They obviously are lemons! Also, the master bedroom’s rug has gray or black dog hair all over it. My children tell me they’ve found dog hair all over the house. And then we had the fun experience of killing a Palmetto Bug on the living room wall last night. Other than that - my family has enjoyed their week at Pawleys very much.

While palmetto bugs are an occasional reality of our coastal environment despite regular pest-control treatments, we understand they can be unpleasant to encounter.
