Enjoy stunning views from both the upstairs deck and the ground level. Creek lovers will appreciate fishing and crabbing from the private dock. Underneath the house, there is a paved picnic area with a hammock and swing, perfect for relaxing on lazy summer days.

There are 3 Bedrooms. There is a Queen, Queen and a Twin with Trundle and Twin Bunk. There are 3 full and 1 half bathrooms.

My thoughts

Stayed there last week 10/25/-11/1 / 25 with 3 other guys to surf fish. I liked the location and the dock on the creek side and a very short walk to the beach. I liked the layout and the 3 1/2 baths was a plus. The only complaints we had was needed updating in the lighting department, the light on the back porch didn’t work, and no lights under the kitchen cabinets, and the sprayer in the kitchen sink didn’t work. The eating area on the front side was nice and roomy. The outside shower needed a new lever to turn on and off. All these things are pretty minor and could be fixed in day or two at little cost. Considering the cost for ocean front and creek side dock I think it is a good deal. We would definitely rent it again and enjoyed the stay. Just needs some updating and few things replaced.

Great Stay

We really enjoyed this property. This was our second stay, and it was even better the second time. Loved the screened-in porch. One improvement would be a king-size bed in the master. Hoping to be back soon.

A Island Gem

We have been coming to Sea Star for at least 19 years. I’m hesitant to give a glowing review because I don”t want any competition for our weeks in the future. However I will. Sea Star is a Pawleys classic beach house. It suits 2 couples perfectly although there is space for a few more if need be. There is a great screened it porch on the beach side and a tidal river dock on the other side. The house (although older than most) is well maintained and well stocked with kitchen gear. Pawleys Realty is very responsive to any problems or concerns. If you want to experience the true Pawleys vibe, you can’t go wrong with this house. Just don’t and book my wife’s birthday week. That one belongs to us.
