This home is AMAZING; however, the main floor "master" BR is completely inadequate. Tiny is the best word we can derive. There's barely enough room to walk around the queen (not king) size bed, and you 2-people can't be in the bathroom at the same time...too small. The slab parking beneath the structure is VERY tight. Be CAREFUL backing-in, or you'll hit a stilt pole on both sides of the vehicle(s). That's the bad news... The good news: The other 3-BRs are all sufficient. The 2nd floor BRs are AMAZING. They're very roomy and en suite baths for each are nicely done and roomy enough for 2-people @ a time. The 2nd floor "bonus" living room area is perfect for kids/teens. They have their own space to watch TV, play games, talk together, build forts/tents, etc. 2 of our pre-teen boys even chose to sleep in that area. The kitchen is AMAZING! Roomy, very large island primed for holding "stuff" and feeding kids and prepping food. VERY well stocked w/most anything you need to cook/serve/enjoy the space. The living room is a mild letdown because of the couches/seating arrangements. They're old and especially the primary couch needs to be replaced. The space, however, is inviting, large enough for 6-8 people to move-about comfortably. The decks (all 3 of them) are AMAZING outdoor spaces for adults and children to enjoy. The owners have priced this property fairly (at least in 2026) for the space (and individual spaces) you get w/the home...it's large and gives everyone enough room to either engage (together) OR find their own private space(s) if someone needs a break from the crowd. Grateful that the owners haven't made the cost of this home inaccessible for average families. ALSO BONUS: Dog friendly, so our pups were loved and well cared for by and with our family...our GBs are always glad our pups get to come w/us.
