We met the new owners, Ann and Bob, and they told us about the upgrades they plan to make, which is why I gave a 5 star vs 4 review. The house is beautiful and the two open air and screened in decks, along with the short walk to the beach, make the house. We love having marsh and ocean side access! The new owners already identified anything we would have recommended for improvements, so we can’t wait to see what they do! We plan on coming back for sure.
