The Main Floor has a King bed. The Second Floor has a King bed, a King bed, Queen bed and Twin Bunk bed and 2 Twin Bunk Beds.

Dog-Friendly: One Dog up to 50lb dog allowed with a nonrefundable fee.

October vacation

This was our second time staying here. We love the location and room layouts. We thought the kitchen appliances were subpar with an incomprehensible microwave which drove us all nuts. But overall we enjoyed the house and easy beach access.

Excellent - almost- just a few misses

Spacious, more than ample room for group (6 adults). Clean (well we did spot 2 cockroaches, one after the place was sprayed). A couple of really simple and inexpensive misses: NO hooks to hang any clothing in bathrooms or bedrooms. Only 1 towel bar in each bath. Only a small handful (perhaps 6 or so) hangers in any closet. The kitchen featured what looked like a new built-in combination wall oven and microwave. Trying to get this thing working required the combined effort of multiple tech-savvy guys and gals and a lot of misses before we managed to boil water... No simple "how to" sheets to be found. Finally dug out the actual manual. Still overly complex. Despite the glitches we had a fine time.

Another Great Week

This was our 5th year on Pawleys with this particular group (many past years in various groups) and our first at Pop Pop's Place. It lived up to its description, lots of room, right on the beach, large kitchen and "loads of fun to be had". We're already looking forward to next year. . . .

Great Fit

My wife and I are long-time Pawleys people. We started coming here in 1982. Nine years ago, we organized a big, family beach vacation and rented 630 Springs. It was a great fit. Six grownups and two children have plenty of room…right up against the beach. It’s just a great fit. We’ve already looking forward to our 10th straight year on Springs next summer

Wonderful home !

This house was perfect for our family ! It was spacious, very clean, had a great playroom area for our kids , and was right on the beach! We will definitely stay here again!

Great home!

We went with muti-generational family members to Pop Pop's place. The home was beautifully done with updatedl kitchen, bathrooms and furnishings. The kitchen was well stocked with with everything you would need to prepare meals. Easy access to beach and ample parking. Would definitely rent again!
