With just a minute and thirty second walk to public beach access, you will enjoy the best of both worlds, creek side tranquility and easy beach access.

Enter the home via the steps at the side of the house and find yourself in a welcoming front sitting area. From here, stairs lead to the upstairs level, while a main floor bedroom awaits to your left. Continue through the sitting area into the expansive, bright living room, featuring a gas fireplace, abundant natural light and breathtaking creek views.

The open floor plan seamlessly connects the living room with the dining area and kitchen. With seating for 12 across two dining tables and a breakfast bar, there is plenty of room for everyone to gather. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals together, making it the heart of the home. Step out onto the creekfront porch to enjoy a glass of wine and toast to the spectacular Pawleys Island sunset, a view that must be seen to be believed.

There are 4 Bedrooms. The Main Floor has a master suite with a King bed, wall mounted TV, gas fireplace, workspace, large closet, ensuite bathroom and direct access to the creekfront porch. There is also a King bed and ensuite bathroom, located adjacent to the stairwell by the main entry. Second Floor has a Queen bed with Twin bed and Queen bed with Twin bed. The Upstairs Living Space includes a queen sofa bed, a kitchenette with a full-sized fridge and access to a second floor creekfront deck.

There are 3 Full bathrooms.

Outside, the private covered stationary and floating creek dock is the perfect spot for fishing, crabbing, kayaking or simply enjoying the serene surroundings. Birdwatching enthusiasts will be in paradise. After a day of outdoor adventures, unwind in the hot tub and let the salt air melt away your worries.
