This was our first year staying at the Penguin House and it did not disappoint! When we arrived the house was immaculately clean and smelled so nice. The kitchen was very spacious and well equipped which can be hit or miss in some rental houses. The second floor top porch was a wonderful quiet spot for afternoon reading, we just wish the bottom first floor porch had a better view of the beach and also wish it had fans. But this time of year was not so hot so it really didn’t matter! The built in benches in the living area were so cute and many naps were taken there. Without a couch directly in front of the tv, movie night did not happen but with the weather so perfect it was forgotten about quickly. Pawleys Island Realty is always so wonderful to work with and we had the most wonderful time in this “Arrogantly Shabby” Penguin House!
