This house is rustic Pawleys for sure but did not feel clean—musty smell and found a dead roach in the den. The screen door was falling apart and never closed all the way— Peeling paint on the screened porch and we had a baby that was crawling and putting everything in her mouth. It looked like they did the bare min to maintain this property and I think they live full time next door in a nice house. I would not stay here again for those reasons
