Welcome to Meant To Be, your perfect home away from home. This stunning 5-bedroom house is designed to offer all the luxuries you desire for a memorable vacation. The open floor plan ensures the whole family can be together even while cooking in the spacious kitchen, which features two ovens, perfect for preparing large family meals.

Enjoy the unrivaled views of the island from both the screened porch and open porch or rinse off after a day of beach fun in the enclosed outdoor showers. For those summer night feasts, a grill is provided. One of the highlights of Meant To Be is the private creek dock, where you can fish, crab or kayak right from your backyard.

There are 5 bedrooms. The Main Floor has a Queen bed. Upstairs has a Queen, Double bed and Twin Bunk, Double bed and Twin Bunk and a King. There are 4 full and 1 half baths.

No Pets.

A $1,000.00 Refundable Security Deposit is required.

Off Season Nightly Reservations available, subject to a minimum night stay.

Easter week

We have loved vacationing in this beautiful home! Meant To Be is comfortable, fully equipped and spacious. Everything we needed was available, and the Owners obviously thought carefully about providing renters with a superior experience. We bought the Club Plan; we highly recommend having sheets and towels ready and waiting...it was great! We highly recommend this property and will definitely return in the future, and we thank PI Realty for their diligence and fantastic communication!

Cam Matthews, Christmas-New Years

We had a great Christmas and New Year's at Meant to Be. The house was immaculate and we hope we left it as you would have wanted us to. There were a few (minor) things that would have been helpful to have: serving spoons, salad bowl, a couple more blankets, hairdryer (we have left one for future guests). Also, there is no place to hang coats (a rack on a wall would be just fine). Thank you... Cam Matthews

Wonderful vacation rental!

“Meant to Be” exceeded our expectations! The house was very clean, well stocked with anything you could ever need for cooking/entertaining, everything was in working order, and the house had a great layout. The beach was very easy to access and we appreciated all of the hoses, outside showers, etc. The only minor issue we ran into was our son not being able to use his creek boat from the dock, as the water in that particular area was more shallow than we anticipated. It’s also important to note that the roads on Pawleys flood with significant tide events (e.g., King Tides), so you may want to plan accordingly to avoid driving through salt water. The realty company was amazing - house was ready early and they checked in first thing Monday morning to make sure that we were settled. We would highly recommend using the linen service! This was a wonderful vacation rental for our multigenerational group (ages 11-75) and we will definitely plan to rent this particular house again!

Answer:

Thank you for your inquiry! The washer and dryer is located on the main floor of the house off of the dining room area. It is also near the only bedroom that is located on the main floor.
