Welcome to Lee House, a classic Pawleys Island retreat with the charm of an original design featuring beautiful shiplap pine walls and ceilings. One of the standout features is the expansive crows nest on the rooftop providing stunning views of the island.

Lee House boasts three comfortable bedrooms. King bed with a full bath, Queen bed with a half bath and Queen bed and a bunk set with a full bath.

The home is adorned in soothing ocean colors of denim, aquas and greens creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere throughout. The large, open kitchen is equipped with new appliances and plenty of counter space making meal preparation a joy. The walnut bar and seating area in the kitchen provide a perfect spot for conversations and gatherings.

The spacious great room and dining area feature an expansive L shaped khaki sofa offering seating for everyone. The airy Pawleys style screened porch on the south side of the home includes a long dining area that can seat 10 to 12 guests, perfect for family meals or game nights. The comfy wicker seating area is ideal for enjoying your morning coffee or a late-night candlelit gathering.

The front porch is equipped with an Adirondack swing, two Adirondack chairs and two Southern-style rockers creating a perfect spot to unwind and take in the island tranquil atmosphere.

The Pet Policy is one dog up to 40 pounds is allowed with a nonrefundable dog fee. No cats, please.

The owner may occupy the lower unit during your stay.

The beach access is just about a 2.5-minute walk away, making it easy to enjoy the sand and surf whenever you like.
