Welcome to Katinka. This charming beach house is available for Friday-to-Friday rentals, giving you even more time to enjoy your stay. You wont need to cross the street to reach the beach, it is only a quick 1-minute walk away!

Katinka is brightly decorated, very comfortable and so relaxing that you may not want to leave. Start your morning with a quiet moment on the screened porch or take a peaceful swing under the house. The open floor plan allows the entire family to be together, whether playing a friendly card game in the living room or preparing a delicious meal in the fully equipped kitchen.

For those summer evenings a charcoal grill is provided, perfect for cooking up a memorable family dinner. Located right by public access, you can spend your days sunbathing, surfing, playing cornhole and enjoying all the beach activities. Katinka is sure to become your new family tradition.

Upstairs has a Queen bed and Twin bed and Queen bed and Twin bed. The main floor has a Queen bed and 2 Twin Beds.
