Welcome to Katinka. This charming beach house is available for Friday-to-Friday rentals, giving you even more time to enjoy your stay. You wont need to cross the street to reach the beach, it is only a quick 1-minute walk away!

Katinka is brightly decorated, very comfortable and so relaxing that you may not want to leave. Start your morning with a quiet moment on the screened porch or take a peaceful swing under the house. The open floor plan allows the entire family to be together, whether playing a friendly card game in the living room or preparing a delicious meal in the fully equipped kitchen.

For those summer evenings a charcoal grill is provided, perfect for cooking up a memorable family dinner. Located right by public access, you can spend your days sunbathing, surfing, playing cornhole and enjoying all the beach activities. Katinka is sure to become your new family tradition.

There are 4 bedrooms.

Upstairs has a Queen bed and Twin bed and Queen bed and Twin bed. The main floor has a Queen bed and 2 Twin Beds.

There are 2 full bathrooms.

Occupancy is 10.

Lovely Home

My son rented Katinka II for a vacation with his wife, 2 year old daughter, my husband and myself. The home was very comfortable and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The beds were quite firm but the bedrooms were very bright and cozy. The front porch was lovely to sit with a cup of coffee in the morning and I took advantage of the hammock under the home, for a couple of afternoon naps. The one drawback was the limited supplies provided. We were there for a week and only 1 dishwasher pod, 1 garbage bag, and 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom were provided. I expected to purchase toilet paper and tissues, but usually the other items are included in the rental. After renting linens and toddler items( crib, high chair and stroller) on top of the house rental, this was one of our more costly vacations. That said, we truly enjoyed our stay at Katinka II and dealing with Pawleys Island realty is always a great experience!

One of the Best

Freshly renovated with attention to detail. A real pleasure to stay here. Sparkling clean, well stocked, just bring you chair. A short walk to the beach is a real plus. It is a bit expensive, especially after the fees, but we would absolutely rent here again, it is so worth it.

Great question! Katinka II does have a washer and dryer available for guest use. The home will also be equipped with all your kitchen basics such as pots, pans, dishware, silverware, etc.
