Don't know if we have enough room to write this; 1)FLOOR OF SHOWER IN MAIN BATH was extremely slick. Fell and Keri has pics of bruises 2) pkg in mailbox was infested with ants and their eggs, gross! Your person in the office was rude and of no help. I was just trying to do the right thing,but she threatened with federal offense charges and was NO HELP. Thank goodness for Paul and the pics he took 3)fence posts down in backyard; dogs got out. Paul and neighbor nailed back up 4) sprayer in kitchen sink broken 5) tap in master bath broken; 6)toaster broken, Paul replaced 7) toilet in master bath kept running, Paul replaced and then the worst. Kitchen sink hose was not attached. Big leak under sink. Everything was ruined. Didn't realize they were catching the water in a big pan and it overflowed. We have always been comfortable here but what the H happened. At least the next renters should have a better visit! We would like some type of compensation for all the things we had to endure but not sure our plight ruffled any of your feathers. We would appreciate a response before we vacate. Can you at least provide one?

I cannot say enough good things about Jo Jo’s Place. This is a true beach house and the best vacation I have ever experienced. The beach access is just steps away. Though you cannot see the beach from the house, the screened in porch offers continuous sounds of waves crashing throughout the night. The house is true to the photos. Though the loft bedroom is stated as the master bedroom, with the absence of a king size bed, it is better suited for kids or guests to have their own private space. The newly updated Samsung appliances to the enormous kitchen are definitely a plus. The back deck runs the width of the house. The fenced in backyard definitely supports safety for pets. If you are seeking a true beach house experience, Pawleys Island and Jo Jo’s place is it!
