Welcome to Holland House, a charming 4-bedroom beach house. This oceanfront gem features a great porch perfect for watching the sunrise and enjoying the kids playing on the beach. The open floor plan in the living room allows the whole family to gather together for a friendly card game or a movie after a fun-filled day on Pawleys Island.

After a day in the sand and surf, rinse off in the hot/cold outside shower located under the house. Fire up the charcoal grill and show off your cooking skills as you prepare delicious meals for the family. Holland House is comfortable, classic and ready to be your vacation home.

There are 4 bedrooms. Main Floor has a Queen bed and 2 Twin beds. Upstairs has a Double bed and 2 Twin beds and 2 Double beds. There are 2 Full bathrooms.

Occupancy is 8. One dog allowed with a nonrefundable dog fee.

Off Season Nightly Reservations available, subject to a minimum night stay.

We recommend Holland House and Pawleys Island Realty!

This is our second year at Holland House and it meets all our needs. Good for just us and our dog and when friends or family come over there is plenty of room for all. Love being on the beach! Pawleys Island Realty is super easy to deal with and responds quickly to any questions or concerns that we may have. They always make sure that we are confortable and let us know of any construction, road work, or other activity on the island.

Great house!

We booked the Holland House for a girl’s trip at the end of October. The weather was great, the house was better. Very cozy and plenty of room for people who need to sleep alone and those who want room mates. Well appointed with plenty of chairs, dishes, pots and pans, etc. Thanks Pawleys Island Realty for a wonderful easy week at the beach!
