The spacious second bedroom offers views of the swimming pool and the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. Right off the master bedroom, you will find an open deck and sitting area, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee with a serene ocean view. The master bedroom also features a large closet and a remodeled bathroom with a separate tub, shower, and double vanity.
In addition to the beautiful accommodations, you will have access to all the wonderful amenities offered by Litchfield by the Sea, including a swimming pool, tennis, pickleball, basketball courts, fishing/crabbing docks, oceanfront beach club pavilion, onsite restaurant, lazy river swimming pools, golf options, and Starbucks within walking distance.
Beach chairs and umbrellas are provided by the owner and can be found in the storage bin #501 located in the parking garage. You'll have one reserved parking space in the covered parking garage, with additional onsite parking available for others.

Gorgeous condo on a great property! Little iffy getting in as we were just given the Condo's punch in code, so we figured out we had to have a sheet of paper from the guards with a scan on it to get in. After that, smooth sailing! It's an older condo, but well taken care of and the furniture was beautiful! I will say, the only thing we couldn't find was a blender so the kids didn't get their mocktails to make, but ultimately, it was a great week! Thank you!
