Welcome to Guess House. The upstairs apartment is perfectly located on the corner of First Street and Atlantic, right across from the public beach access for easy beach trips. Enjoy ocean views from the south side screened porch. The living room has a remote-controlled split AC unit, and all bedrooms are equipped with window units. The washer and dryer are located on the ground level. With a large lot there is plenty of space for boat parking.

Upstairs has 3 bedrooms with a Queen, 2 Doubles, Double and Twin. There is one full bath.

GROUND LEVEL AVAILABLE TO RENT FOR ADDL CHARGE: (April - November - space heaters only) and additional Final Clean Charge. Please call office for pricing.

Downstairs has 2 bedrooms has 1 Double and 2 Twins.

There is one full bath and a living room with a full kitchen. Please note, space heaters only downstairs.

Allows one dog.

Great time at the Guess House

We had a great time at the Guess House! We went to Pawleys for a guys flounder fishing trip. The yard had ample room for all the boat trailers and you can walk to the landing from the house. Can't wait to get back down there!

Thank you for your inquiry! This home has a stackable washer and dryer available for use.

I noticed the final rate for July 19th week is $2442 and the fees show a $200 dog fee. We would not be bringing a dog, so is it $200 removed? Thank you, Joy

Yes, the dog fee can be removed if you are not brining a dog. If you have already booked your stay, please call our office and we will be happy to remove the dog fee for you. 843-237-2000.
