Welcome to DSpot, a beautiful coastal retreat designed for relaxation and memory-making with family and friends. Whether you're soaking up the sun on the oceanfront deck or rocking away the afternoon on the screened Creekside porch, the panoramic water views will quickly help you unwind. Enjoy direct access to the beach via your private walkway, or take advantage of the creek for kayaking, crabbing, and fishing from the covered private dock. The spacious kitchen is thoughtfully designed for home cooks who love to gather and entertain, while the open family room offers ample seating for everyone to come together comfortably.

For added convenience, an elevator is available for an additional fee of $250. The elevator has a total weight capacity of 350 lbs. at any one time and meets all current code requirements. The home also offers an elevator for wheelchair accessibility, including a downstairs bathroom designed to accommodate guests with mobility needs.

There are 5 bedrooms. Upstairs has a Queen, Queen, Queen, 2 Twins. The main floor has 2 Twins. There are 4 Full, 1 Half baths. 2 Dogs Under 75 lbs. Allowed with a non-refundable Dog Fee.

Wonderful House

Our family have vacationed at Pawleys Island for the last 5 years. Our first time staying at DSpot and it was awesome, the kitchen was equipped for everything we needed. Great house and wonderful spot on the Island. Pawleys Realty is great to deal with. Excellent service

Spacious, fun house!!

What a great house with screened front porch and great deck on beach, perfect for morning coffee. Nice kitchen for 2 or 3 cooks to occupy at once. The house was very nicely decorated and not cluttered with odds and ends. Easy to keep neat and clean. All bedrooms upstairs made it easy for one to go to bed earlier than the rest. W&D on 2nd floor was also a plus. Elevator great for our moving in and out and grocery shopping. I hope the owners have put instructions for operating the elevator. Otherwise, couldn't find anything wrong. So nice to have the creek and dock right across the road. Would definitely rent again.

Does the elevator go all the way to the top floor or just the main floor? Also, are there beach chairs already there for renters to use or should we bring our own?

Thank you for your inquiry! The elevator goes to the second floor. Access to the elevator is in the south creek side bedroom the second floor. This home does not include beach gear at this time.
