Located oceanfront on historic Pawleys Island this property is a beach lover's dream. Delta House is just steps away from the ocean and creek. Dine on the enclosed screened porch with ocean views or relax on the oceanfront porch. Enjoy incredible sunsets from the creek dock located just across the street or lie in the hammock listening to the waves. With only one row of houses, it is as if you have your own private beach. Can you actually see the BEACH over that berm when you're sitting on the porch and when you're sitting in the room with the TV?

Yes, you can see the beach when sitting on the oceanside porch.

Is there a washer and dryer in this house? Can you use a John boat from the dock? Can you use a kayak or paddle boat from the dock?

Answer:

These are great questions! There is a washer and dryer. The creek dock is currently under renovation. There are many places to launch a kayak. There are several public boat landings and during high tide, it is easy to find a place to launch your kayak. As for the john boat and paddle boards, I would recommend using a public boat landing. I would not recommend leaving any of your equipment in the creek being the pluff mud becomes exposed during low tide in many areas.
