New to our family in 2024-Cathcart Cottage - This Pawley-style cottage home offers you a vacation you will never forget! It's spacious and loaded with charm and amenities. The house is full of Pawley's history and provides you with an oceanfront view and a private creek dock for some great fishing. The outside features two porches to enjoy the sunrise and sunset. The interior features a large kitchen with a dining area and an adjacent living room; all with large windows to see the beautiful view of the ocean. Step outside to sit on the large open porch or take a nap on the hammock. On the main living floor, you will find 2 bedrooms that provide one queen bed with an on-suite and another shared bathroom located in the hallway. The second bedroom on this floor offers you two Twin Beds. As you make your way upstairs to the second floor, you will find four more bedrooms. Two of those rooms provide Queen Beds, one with its on-suite, and the other two bedrooms offer you one Double Bed and one Double Bed with Twin Bed.
