Even the best chef will marvel at the beautiful marble countertops while preparing meals. The large backyard is ideal for kids to play and a cozy fire pit for adults to unwind with a cocktail. Carolina Kiwi is located directly across from public beach access and a short walk from Pawleys Creek public boat landing.

There are 2 bedrooms plus a loft. On the main floor you will find a Queen bed, and a Queen bed. The loft has 3 Twin beds

There are 2 full bathrooms.

No Pets. Sorry, pets are not allowed.

The property has security cameras for visual monitoring only, no audio, located outside.

We loved it here.

This home is lovely and more well appointed than most rentals. Everything you need and more. Lovely fenced backyard. Short walk to the beach. Highly recommend

We LOVE it here!!

Our family of 5 could not have been happier in the Carolina Kiwi! We have 3 boys and they loved the back yard so much. The home was clean and well appointed. We will definitely be back!

Perfect

Carolina Kiwi was a perfect home for my family of 3 adults, 1 teenager and a 6 month old. It had an open floor plan, a spacious yard and nice screened in front porch. It was like a sanctuary. The backyard has a fire pit , perfect for making s’mores in its own little oasis. The inside of the home was absolutely charming!! I would love to own this house!! Due to upcoming renovations we are not able to reserve it in 2025, but we will definitely be booking again for 2026.
