The kitchen is located just off the dining room entrance and the sitting area is on the other side. Walk into the living room where you will find plenty of room for more than one family to hang. This home comes fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a homemade meal or serve takeout for your family! The main floor has two bedrooms and two baths, one comes with a queen bed and the other has a queen and a twin. Upstairs has four more bedrooms and one bath: two bedrooms have one queen bed and one twin; the third bedroom has one queen; and the last bedroom is fitted with another queen. This home has the best of both worlds giving you your private creek dock to cast your rod or tie up your boat. There's nothing like ending your day sitting over the marsh as you watch the sunset. Great Oceanfront House
We really enjoyed our stay at Belford Cottage. The location can't be beat! The house is very comfortable. We loved the gas fireplace as it helped to take the November chill out of the air. We hosted our large family for Thanksgiving. The dining room table was able to squeeze in 13 of us. The kitchen is fully stocked. There is a second refrigerator on the front porch which was a nice surprise. The living room is very cozy and we were able to fit us all in! We absolutely loved the house, the photos and paintings of the house. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star review is the bathroom situation. Each downstairs bedroom had its own bathroom. The ocean front room had the sink located in the bedroom as advertised and the toilet/shower area was quite small. It also serves as the guest bathroom for the house. Upstairs there is only one bathroom for four bedrooms. The staff was very responsive, helpful and easy to work with. We definitely hope to return!
