This comfortable coastal retreat is located on the ocean side of Myrtle Avenue, tucked behind three homes and only a one-minute walk to the pristine shores of Pawleys Island. Guests enjoy access to the beach via a shared beach access, with no streets to cross, making trips to the sand easy and convenient for the whole family.

Whether you're spending your days soaking up the sun, strolling along the shoreline, or enjoying a quiet evening with a good book, Beach Breezes provides the perfect setting to unwind and experience the charm of Pawleys Island. Ideal for both summer vacations and cozy winter retreats, this home offers everything you need for a relaxing coastal escape.

Sleeping Accommodations

Primary Bedroom: King Bed

Bedroom 2: Queen Bed

Bedroom 3: Twin Bunk Bed and Captain's Bunk Bed

Loft: Queen Bed, Full Bed, and Futon

No pets allowed from April through October. November through March Monthly reservations ONLY, owner will allow a dog with a non-refundable dog fee.

No Smoking or vaping allowed in or on the property.

Beach Breezes suited our needs.

Great location. House was clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Close to the Beach!

Been coming to PI for 20 years. This was the 5th different house we have stayed in. It did not disappoint. The house being further down the private driveway kept the road noise to a minimum. The layout was cozy but spacious. Kitchen was well equipped. The bedroom with the King bed on the main floor, the bed was a tad too soft for our liking. The house was clean and we like that the light swtches were labelled so we knew what switch was for what light. We enjoy the outdoor showers to rinse off after coming back from the beach but this one was not closed in at at the front of the house. Would of liked a little more privacy. The walk to the beach is nice and short. Out the front door and 30 second walk to arrive at the beach. Overall we greatly enjoyed our stay and are already planning out trip for next year. Cant wait to come back!

To receive the military discount, the reservation must be under the veteran's name and provide us with a copy of their, military ID or DD214.
