Walk up the stairs to enter the home through the creek front screened porch. The wide porch is equipped with rocking chairs and a seating area. Upon entering the home down the hallway you will find the kitchen to your right. The well-equipped kitchen opens to a large formal dining area with seating for 8 and a well decorated and comfortable living room with ocean views. From the living room there is an entrance to the screened oceanfront porch with rocking chairs and a nice patio set. The private beach walk takes you to a sundeck with seating before letting you on to the beautiful Pawleys island beach. Continuing back down the hallway you will find the two main floor bedrooms. The oceanside king bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a tub and shower. The creek side king bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a shower. Moving upstairs you will find a creekide bedroom with two twin beds and an en suite bathroom with a shower. Down the hallway on the left is an oceanside bedroom with two queens and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and tub. The fifth bedroom is also oceanside with two queen bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower. The enclosed hot/cold outside shower is located to the side of the house and is perfect for rinsing off the salt and sand from a fun Pawleys Island beach day.
