The main floor has a King bedroom. Upstairs, you will find a Queen bedroom, 2 Doubles, 2 Doubles, and 2 Bunks (trundle, not included in occupancy.

There are 3 full and 1 half Bathrooms.

This property Dog-Friendly. One dog allowed with a non refundable fee; additional fees for more dogs.

A Wave From It All
Great beachfront location, very dog friendly with gated deck. Loved the upper and lower decks. Kitchen has all you need and more. Realty is extremely responsive to any issues with the house and the repair men were efficient and professional. Excellent communication about check in, check out and all aspects of the home. This is our first stay in Pawley's Island. Thoroughly enjoyed the family friendly beach and area. It's a lovely location with welcoming people everywhere. We would definitely return

Been renting this house for many years. I always cry when we leave. The week is always too short. It is the perfect beach house. We hope to keep renting this house for years to come.

My husband and I have only been renting for six years, but, have been coming to PI for many years with friends and family. We would recommend this property and Pawleys Island Realty. Love the oceanfront view, being allowed to bring our dogs and the master bedroom.

Love being beach front!

I would recommend A Wave From It All to everyone. The house is roomy and the view is very pretty. We enjoy the large upper and lower porches.
