You know those beach days when you think, “I could get used to this”? Here’s a home that lets you do just that. At 601 6th Avenue South, #105, this 2-bedroom, 1-bath home in a 55+ community offers a comfortable place to come home to after enjoying Myrtle Beach. Coffee on the deck, an afternoon admiring the sun, sand and waves... then deciding what sounds good for dinner. That’s my kind of day. What I especially appreciate is how much the owners have already updated. In 2026, they added a new dishwasher, stove, microwave, kitchen faucet and lighting in the kitchen, dining room and bathroom.
