Beautiful upgraded 1 bedroom 1 bath ocean front condo per resort standards. Queen beds, murphy bed and sleeper sofa so sleeps 8. Awesome swivel/rocker chairs on balcony to enjoy the beautiful view. Owner has only owned it since September 2025, but rental has been good since the updates have been completed. Front desk states everyone wants to rent this one, so don't hesitate to make your offer for a great rental investment. Owner has had some life changes, so only reason they are selling. Convention center resort includes pools, lazy rivers, spas, restaurants/bars, etc. Convenient location.
