The south side of the only road in and out abutts a large pond with a community boat ramp for launching your kayak for a lazy paddle or you can break out the fishing gear to catch some pretty big bass. HOA fee includes weekly trash pickup, common area maintained. One of the few communities that is serviced with natural gas. There is also a hot tub hookup site on the back of the house.
