Pawleys Island Realty is proud to welcome back the South Carolina Crawfish & Music Festival, taking place Saturday, March 7th from 11am to 6pm at JB’s Celebration Park in Pawleys Island.
After nearly 30 years, this iconic Lowcountry festival is back with live music, crawfish, a curated lineup of food trucks, artisan vendors from across the region There will be activities for all ages: a community celebration featuring the best of coastal South Carolina.
With its scenic setting and welcoming spirit, JB’s Celebration Park provides the perfect backdrop for the long-anticipated return of the Crawfish Festival. “JB”, refers to Jim Bindner, a beloved member of the Pawleys Island Community who played an active role in the original Crawfish Festival. The park is a community gathering place built around live music, family-friendly events, and local traditions. Proceeds from park events are reinvested into maintaining and improving the park, including a permanent stage, landscaping, walking trails, and year-round community programming.
“We had a ‘Blessing of the Park’ in October, but this is our first big festival so it's exciting,” said Jim’s wife, Cindy. A lot of people don't know about the park yet, so this is a way to introduce the park to the community. So many people have supported this project and continue to be supportive of the Crawfish Festival.
With the return of the Crawfish Festival, there will be plenty to do and see. Whether you are looking for great food, live music, or the first time ever “Crawfish Cook-Off”, JB’s Celebration Park is the place to be on March 7th.
