Are you an avid gardener, looking for inspiration? Look no further than the Blossoms for Books Garden Tour, presented by the Friends of the Waccamaw Library (FOWL).
Every spring, FOWL sponsors a garden tour as a fundraiser for the Waccamaw Neck Branch Library. This year’s tour takes place on Saturday, May 17 from 10am to 4pm (rain or shine). Participants can enjoy the beauty of seven new local residential gardens.
General admission tickets are $40 ($35 for members of FOWL and members of Friends of the Georgetown Library) and can be purchased in the Friends Center at the Waccamaw Library or online at www.thefowl.org. You will be emailed a receipt for your tour ticket(s).
On the day of the tour, bring your receipt to the Waccamaw Neck Branch Library, 41 St. Paul Place, Pawleys Island, SC, between 9:45am and 12:00pm to receive your wristband(s) and tour brochure with maps. Carpooling is strongly encouraged.
Tourgoers can purchase lunch from the Jeremiah's Lunch Box food truck, which will be at the Blue Whale Farm on Waverly Road from 11am to 2:30pm.
