Born and raised in South Carolina, Zane brings deep roots, steady leadership, and real-world experience to the coastal real estate market. After relocating his family to Pawleys Island in search of a new adventure and a lifestyle centered around family and community, he now focuses on helping others make confident moves along the South Carolina coast.

Zane specializes in residential real estate sales, investment property guidance, and relocation services throughout Pawleys Island, Litchfield, Murrells Inlet, and Georgetown. His approach is straightforward: clear communication, thoughtful strategy, and steady guidance through every stage of the buying or selling process.

Zane and his wife, Carter, are raising their three children — Jack, JB, and Libby — on the coast, alongside their golden retriever, Baxter. When he’s not working with clients, you’ll likely find him outdoors running, hiking, fishing, or enjoying one of Pawleys Island’s local restaurants. Their family is active in the community and attends Church at the Abbey.
