Winter Rentals
Stay the Winter Season at Pawleys
Most Winter Rentals begin October 1 and end March 31. The base monthly rents are listed with the houses, but does not include utilities. The tenant must reimburse the owner for all expenses related to utilities. Some homes may be available at a higher rate for rental periods less than six months. Since some properties may not rent as a winter lease until later in the season, we may continue to rent these houses on a weekly basis, therefore the terms of each lease may vary. Call office for details. $100 will be added to the rental to cover the expenses of cable and phone - other ultilities such as gas and electric will be billed at the end of each month.
