Welcome to our "New" Lass Resort! We are excited to announce our newest addition to Pawleys Island Realty in 2024. This home sits just steps away from the beach and offers a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The main level offers a great, fully equipped kitchen, more than enough room for two cooks, with an open dining and living room area providing three bedrooms and two bathrooms. You can step outside and enjoy a great cup of coffee as you take in the view of the ocean on a covered porch with rockers or enjoy your morning breakfast. Walk upstairs to the second level that has another great living area that's perfect for the grandparents who can escape to their own area to relax and enjoy some downtime taking a nap or just to look at the view of the ocean or read a book. This floor offers you two more bedrooms with their own on suite. Situated just one row back from the beach giving you easy and direct access and not far to carry your beach chair and umbrella; perfect and more than enough room for more than one family to enjoy.
