Pawleys Island is a small beach town located in Georgetown County, South Carolina. The town is 70 miles north of Charleston and 25 miles south of Myrtle Beach. Pawleys Island has infinite history filled with stories of slave cottages, tobacco plantations, barrier island, undeveloped beach and marshland, and ghosts. In current times, Pawleys Island is known to locals and visitors as a beautiful destination undeterred from the renovation and commercialism that has struck so many places.

Pawleys Island is home to several challenging and enjoyable golf courses on the coast. Teeing up on any of our favorite courses is an opportunity to participate in an exciting game on the beautiful Low Country courses.

There are unlimited activities for any adventurers who choose to explore the beautiful Low Country. There is nothing better than catching your dinner fresh from the creek, kayaking through the marshland,  surfing a wave or exploring the Hammock Shops. The possibilities are endless!

    As you may know, we kicked off the 2017 Hurricane Season with a bang. While we were thankful to have missed the majority of Irma's wrath, we send prayers to those who were in her direct path. Pawleys Island experienced a high storm surge, heavy winds and lots of rain from Hurricane Irma. Unfortunately, erosion is prevalent in areas along the beach front. Continue Reading
