This exquisite four-bedroom, three-bathroom home is just steps away from the beach, providing easy access to sandy shores and opportunities for wildlife observation, including playful dolphins. Beginning February 1, 2026, this home will also feature a private elevator, offering convenient access between levels and making arrival, departures, and multi-generational stays even more comfortable.

The highlight of your stay will undoubtedly be the newly added private inground swimming pool with fountains and lights, as well as a heated hot tub for those chilly nights; perfect for relaxation and entertainment while enjoying picturesque views of the marsh. The pool may be heated for an additional fee per week. Guests also have access to a shared creek dock with a private floating dock, ideal for boats and kayaks, or spending a peaceful afternoon fishing. With ample outdoor space for grilling and two levels of decking that offer breathtaking vistas of the waterways, you can unwind and soak in the beauty of your surroundings.

The property boasts a convenient ground-level entry with keyless access, leading to a newly renovated full bathroom, ideal for rinsing off after a beach day. The second-floor main entrance also features keyless entry and opens into a generous space that includes a large kitchen overlooking two distinct lounging areas. Whether you are watching a movie in the living room or unwinding in the dining area with marsh views, you will be surrounded by stunning scenery. The front deck provides an additional space to enjoy the ocean view while sipping your morning coffee. This level also accommodates one bedroom and an adjacent bathroom, perfect for those who prefer to avoid stairs. Furthermore, two queen sleeper sofas are available in the main living and sitting areas.

A distinctive spiral staircase leads to the second floor, where three bedrooms await, each offering remarkable views. To the right, you will find a large Master King Bedroom with an en-suite and a great view of the marsh. The second bedroom features a queen bed, with a nearby bathroom equipped with a walk-in tub for the convenience of elderly guests. The standout feature of this floor is the aquarium-themed kids' room, complete with a custom-built bunk bed and a beautifully painted sea mural.

This home is dog-friendly, allowing one dog weighing 30 lbs. or less, subject to a nonrefundable fee, so you can bring your furry companion along for the beach adventures. Great property
The Glennie has always had a great location--at the less-crowded North End--but now it may have the largest and nice pool on the street to go with some of the best fishing from the dock. The pool was of no use to us in March, but summer guests will love it with comfy furniture and a putting green. There are still some quirky aspects to the inside, but overall, just a great place to get away and enjoy all that Pawleys has to offer.

Glennie Review
We recently stayed at this beach house and overall had a very nice trip, but there are definitely some pros and cons worth noting. The location is great and pretty close to the beach (a wagon is a must-have) and the house comes with great extras like bikes, a golf cart, and a pool, which was a huge perk. That said, the pool area itself is still a work in progress. While the pool was clean, the yard and surroundings were unfinished and a bit messy, and there were no lounge chairs or umbrellas provided (we ended up using our beach chairs). The hot tub didn’t work until the pool company came out midweek, and there were no directions for use. Inside, the house was clean upon arrival, but we did unfortunately find some leftover items (like clothing) from previous guests. The home itself has plenty of space, but the layout is a little quirky. All of the upstairs bedrooms share one bathroom . The shower is tight and not very functional for larger adults. The carpet upstairs is in poor condition and really needs to be replaced. The appliances and cookware are very outdated (only one frying pan!), so if you like to cook, I’d recommend bringing your own kitchen essentials. When trying to cook in the oven, the oven seemed to be heating unevenly which made the pizza came out burnt on top, but barely cooked on the bottom. Outdoor space has great potential with a nice back deck and creek dock, but the furniture is old, uncovered, and not very inviting — adding shade and seating would make a big difference. All that said, the house does have potential and the location can’t be beat. With some updates and attention to detail, this could be a really great rental. For now, it worked for us because of the location and the extras like the pool, creek dock and golf cart, but renters should be prepared for some inconveniences.

Perfect location
You can watch the sunset from the back porch and moonrise from the front porch. The beach access is super close. The dock and common areas are amazing. Make sure you understand the bathroom situation: the master on main has a full bath, but the three bedrooms on the top floor share one bath. The third bath is on the ground floor. Pool construction was a small pain but the contractors and PI Realty handled it perfectly, no complaints.

Does the elevator access the top floor with the 3 bedrooms. Is there 1 or 2 bathrooms on that floor? Reads like there is a master bedroom with ensuite. and another bathroom for the other 2 bedrooms. Thank you@

Great questions! Yes, the elevator goes to the second floor. There are two bathrooms on the second floor, and neither are ensuite. They are both hallway bathrooms that are shared.
