This 4 week interval unit is located on the ocean front and on the top floor with a sky light in the center of the unit and gives lots of light into this beautiful unit. The floors are tile and the living room has big windows which allows one to sit in the living room and enjoy great views of the beach and the ocean. The main bedroom has a king bed and the other 2 have twin beds in one and queen in the second. The building has 2 elevators. The pool in enclosed in the winter and partially open in the summer season. This allows year round use. The unit is tastefully decorated. The unit is cleaned upon departure with linens and prepared for check in. Check out is on Saturday at 10AM and check in is at 4PM. upon departure your responsibilities are take all the trash and food out. wash and return all kitchens items that you have used to where they belong. Take the sheets and towels you have used and put them in the kitchen area. The 2023 weeks assigned to this share are 3/4, 6/3,9/2,12/2. Commonly ask questions are do the dues cover the property taxes and the answer is yes. Happy to answer all other questions. This is a great way to own your place on the ocean front. This unit is a NO PET unit. This is NON SMOKING UNIT.
